Macy...upping the ante!

So here is my new favorite salad, made from throwing some leftover items together from my fridge.

I call it;

Ingredients:

Organic Mixed Greens

Smoked Salmon

Avocado

Capers

Dried Cherries

Dried Cranberries

Honey Toasted Pecans

Black Peppercorn
Sea Salt

Dressing:

Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Yumfest had by all...all meaning every last tiny taste bud on my tongue.  

In fact, hail the taste buds!  

In fact, in fact...I deem this day  
International Taste Bud Appreciation Day.
